Prague 13 gradually evolved with the completion of metro Line B, and since 1994 has undergone continuous change. Thanks to its great position and excellent links to the centre of Prague, ever more shopping centres are forming here. In recent years, Stodůlky has seen new administrative buildings being constructed. Overall, Prague 13 is notable for its ideal transport accessibility and extensive civic amenities.
The site where the JRM project is growing up lies on the southern tip of the Lužiny estate, and it will be surrounded by greenery on three sides. Mukařovského street runs along the eastern side of the apartment building. The project is sheltered from Stodůlky’s main street, Jeremiášova by the JEREMI sports centre hall.
Thanks to the established and regular city transport network, your new home is just twenty minutes from the centre of Prague. It is easiest to get to either of the two closest Line B metro stations by foot. Both are roughly 700 m away, and your journey there will take no longer than 8 minutes. The highest concentration of stores and services in the neighbourhood are located around the metro station entrances. If you prefer to take the bus, a bus to Luka metro station leaves from the Amforová bus stop, which takes 2 minutes. The metro takes 16 minutes to get to Můstek interchange station from Lužiny, or 18 minutes from Luka.
Amforová bus stop (137, 142, 174, 230, 255, 301, 352, 502, 504):
Its is also very quick to get to the city centre by car, with Anděl less than 9 km away. There are also great transport connections outside the centre; you can easily get to Zličín (9 minutes), city ringroad – Stodůlky (6 minutes) or city ringroad – Strahov tunnel (9 minutes).
JRM (by car):
SMART LIVING JRM@Lužiny neighbours a multipurpose sports hall with restaurant. There are also a number of playgrounds located nearby in the middle of residential blocks. Despite the residential nature of the surrounding area, there are numerous green areas right next door, in particular Central Park with the many leisure activities it offers, and Dalejské and Prokop valleys in the opposite direction.
As noted, Lužiny as a part of Prague 13 has a high density of amenities. The greatest concentration can be found around the metro stations (Luka, Lužiny) and also along Jeremiášova street, where there are many shopping opportunities.
There are many places within walking distance which can be taken advantage of for relaxation or active leisure. There are a number of green areas and parks, historical sites and sports and cultural facilities. If you enjoy active leisure, there are many additional opportunities to do so in and around Stodůlky:
